The practical finale of the Battery Pack Design and Manufacturing training brought participants to the hub for three days on the bench: spot-welding, wiring and configuring their own packs, then running capacity and safety tests before presenting a finished unit.
The finale closed with a certificate presentation and the handover of personal starter kits, so learning continues after everyone goes home.
