You own the delivery of GreenVET, GEIP and SNBC cohorts end to end — recruitment, curriculum scheduling, facilitators, starter kits, and the reporting that goes back to partners and into the annual Activities & Impact Report.
What you'll do
- Plan and run the annual programme calendar across all four pillars.
- Recruit and brief facilitators, mentors and volunteer support for each cohort.
- Track attendance, completion and post-programme outcomes, and write them up.
- Manage programme budgets and the procurement of training materials and starter kits.
- Be the day-to-day contact for funding partners during delivery.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years running training, education or development programmes.
- Comfortable with monitoring data — you can build the tracker, not just fill it in.
- Strong written English; you will be drafting partner reports.
- Willing to travel across Oyo and neighbouring states during field weeks.
