Every figure we publish is cited to a report, and that report is yours. You design how we measure, collect it honestly, and turn it into something programme teams and funders can both act on.
What you'll do
- Own the MEL framework, indicators and data-collection tools across all programmes.
- Run baseline, endline and post-programme tracking for every cohort.
- Analyse outcomes and feed findings back into curriculum and delivery.
- Lead the annual Activities & Impact Report and partner reporting cycles.
- Keep our data practice clean, consented and defensible.
What we're looking for
- 2+ years in M&E, research or data analysis in the development sector.
- Confident with survey design and a data tool — Excel at minimum, more is better.
- Field-comfortable; a lot of this data is collected in person.
- Willing to publish numbers that are not flattering.
