Our climate innovation school offers comprehensive degree programmes, capacity building, training, certification, and resources to equip individuals and organisations with the knowledge, skills, innovative capacity, and tools to enable people to address climate challenges, embrace circularity and sustainable practices, and lead transformational change from anywhere.
Our programmes cover areas such as Circular Economy, Design Thinking, Systems thinking, Food systems, Renewable energy, Intelligent Waste Management, Technology for Sustainable Development (AI, Robotics, Big Data), Circular Business Model Design, Biodiversity & Nature Conservation, Green Business Development, Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), Innovation & Enterprise, Research for Development, Development Practice, Climate Change, Leadership & Entrepreneurship, Technology & Environmental Management, Policy Development for Change, Environment, Social & Governance (ESG), Biodiversity & Nature Conservation, Futurism, Design Thinking for Sustainable Development among others. Internship opportunities and other relevant field and exchange experiences are created and provided for students and graduates, providing the much-needed hands-on experience.
In terms of the economic value of sustainable development (SD) and circular economy (CE) by 2050, projections suggest that these sectors will represent significant opportunities for economic growth and innovation. Reports from institutions such as the World Economic Forum and the Ellen MacArthur Foundation indicate that the global market for sustainable goods and services could be worth trillions of dollars by 2050, driven by increasing consumer demand for environmentally friendly products and services, as well as regulatory pressures to reduce carbon emissions and waste.
